Growing Yuba City CPA firm seeks skilled Office Manager

Bring your business and organizational skills and join the team!

Overview: Be the office flow and organizational guru for our team!

Required skills and responsibilities:
Clerical and administration skills and experience
Prior office manager or skilled clerical with supervisory background
Manage conflicting priorities
Develop organizational systems for added efficiency
Record keeping: Maintain filing systems

Minimum requirements:
College level acccounting a plus!
Must be available during tax season: January to May with 10 days of vacation available AFTER tax season and 1 week of vacation offered after 6 months.

Typically about 10 hours of overtime per week

Bilingual (english/spanish or english/punjabi) a plus

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
