Position Overview: The Shop/Farm Mechanic will be performinging regular maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on a variety of farm machinery.

Job Duties and Requirements:
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues efficiently
A technical background is required
Practical experience with agricultural equipment
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to safety and quality work
Customer service, inventory management
