Job Description
Redding industrial equipment yard seeks Service Call Specialist!
Bring your outstanding customer service and administrative skills and join the team!
Positions are Full-Time with long term potential!

Duties:
Handling inbound and outbound service calls
Coordinating technician dispatch, and ensuring excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a problem-solving mindset.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Process and update service tickets in the system.
Assist with parts ordering and inventory tracking as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service, dispatch, or call center role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM and scheduling software.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Requirements
Requires strong computer skills and ability to multi task and manage changing priorities. Experience with heavy equipment is preferred. Must have a valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and pass pre-employment drug screen.
