Yuba City AG processor seeks Graveyard Sanitation Lead!
Bring your cleaning, production and facility maintenance skills and join the team!
$18-$21/hr. To start depending on experience!

What's it all about: Oversee nightly cleaning of equipment, production areas, and facility

Duties and required skills:

• Must be dependable
• Ensure that nightly tasks are completed effectively and safely
• Help coordinate and direct nightly cleaning operations
• Lead by example and assign tasks to sanitation crew members as needed
• Ensure all sanitation procedures follow Sanitation Standard Operating
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP protocols
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment
• Use pressure washers, foaming systems, and chemical sprayers
• Monitor and titrate chemical usage, and concentration to verify proper dilutions
• Complete basic documentation checklists, cleaning logs, Titration logs
• Support and conduct pre-operational inspections and report issues
• Promote a safe working environment and encourage correct PPE use
• Train new sanitation team members on proper procedures and safety practices
• Identify and report food safety or equipment concerns immediately
• Must be able to operate forklift, boom and scissor lift

Must have prior exp. As a lead or mentor in production or sanitation team, exp. With sanitation, knowledge of food safety practices (GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP), self-motivated and must be available to work overnight.
