Job Description
Yuba AG business hiring now for a Sales Service Specialist!
Bring your customer service skills and join the team for this fantastic temp-to-hire position today!
Starting wage is $21.50/hr. With an increase to between $23-$24/hr.
What's it all about: Responsible for the day-to-day order fulfillment process
Duties and required skills:
Working knowledge of inventory, production and supply chain processes
Coordinating, processing and reconciling product returns
Providing tracking information for orders in transit when requested.
Must be able to multi-task and possess strong time management skills.
Must pass pre-employment testing, including background check & drug screen
Experience working with spreadsheets
Experience processing orders in a service capacity environment
Working knowledge of successful interface with commercial based customers
Intermediate skill level in the proficiency of using Word, Excel, and e-mail system
Prefer SAP experience
Data entry with high level of accuracy
Prefer experience with manufacturing, logistics and/or processing facility, food or agricultural industry.
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality of privileged information.
Bilingual preferred
Schedule: Full-time Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
