Property management company in Chico is seeking a Resident Manager Team for a great long term position!

Compensation package includes apartment and salary (One strong candidate or team of 2 can be considered).

Property Details:
24 unit complex

Resident Manger Unit Details:
-2 bedroom/1 bath
-Separate onsite office
-No dogs allowed
-Utilities NOT included

Schedule:
-30 hours per week (determined once contract is signed).
-2 hours onsite office hours M-F

Responsibilities:
-Inspecting the grounds, laundry room, & parking lot
-Process applications
-Field communications
-Collecting rent
-Record keeping
-Handling sensitive/financial information
-Ability to handle emergency calls or tenant complaints
-Communication with tenants and management company
-Ability to stay organized
-Must be reliable and trustworthy
-Clerical experience needed

Requirements:
-Available 24/7, will carry company phone
-Must have own vehicle & valid driver license
-Must provide clean DMV record
-Must provide proof of vehicle insurance
-Drug test
-Credit check
