Established Chico Property Management business seeks Resident Manager(s)
Salary + 2 bed 1 bath unit with utilities included upon completion of training

Property Details: 24 unit building

Work schedule: 30 hours each week (2 hours office time each day, Monday-Friday)

Job Duties:

• Process applications
• Inspect the grounds, pick up trash daily, keeping laundry area tidy
• Handle personal information and resident complaints
• Rent collection
• Clerical duties
• Great people skills and communication skills
• Must be organized
  
  Required:
• Must have prior rental experience
• Must have prior money handling experience
• Must have prior customer service experience
• May need additional income to supplement wages*
• Drug screen
• Background check
• Credit check (through Client Company)
• Clean DMV record
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Must have own vehicle
  
  Work duties and responsibilities:
  Rent collection and process applications
  Walk property and ensure all trash/debris is picked up
  Sweep office, vacuum, dust
  Check and return messages
  Schedule new/outstanding work orders
  Great communication skills
  Passion for providing superior customer service
  Common sense and good judgment
  Organized and dependable
  Ability to assist in the resolution of resident, personnel and budgetary problems
  Maintain a neat and clean appearance and project a professional image
  Some knowledge of administrative and clerical functions
  Basic computer skills are necessary
  
  *A team of 1 or 2 can be considered (If team of 2: both working part-time or one person working fulltime outside of resident manager position is recommended)
