Duties and required skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs; Excel, Word and Outlook
Must work well under pressure
Possess good phone etiquette and communication skills
Be a quick learner and can work well in a team environment

Position overview:
Duties can include: answering phones, directing incoming calls, data entry, ordering office supplies, communicating staff members from different departments, weighing trucks in and out for shipment and processing appropriate paperwork

Dependability is a must!

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm
