Position Overview: Fast-paced, busy optometry clinic

Duties, responsibilities and required skills:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with great customer service skills
  • Phones, messages, scheduling, triaging patients needs
  • Administrative tasks: verifying insurance, certifying participants for job training
  • Medical office experience is helpful but not required
  • Helping patients select eye glasses, taking measurements, and adjusting & repairing eye-wear

    Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
