Pass Background check.
Must have experience with light carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Strong time management skills.
