Maintenance Tech
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance to the property as assigned, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and promptly. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Clearing walkways of debris and trip hazards.
- Inspecting property exteriors, documenting any defects, and making necessary repairs.
- Recording daily maintenance activities in Property Management Software.
- Responding to emergencies during regular working hours and being on call after hours.
- Scheduling and overseeing contracted vendors at the request of the Resident Manager.
- Maintaining an inventory of equipment and managing sign-out records.
- Keeping the shop and equipment clean, operational, and well-organized.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid California Driver's license.
Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
