Position snapshot: Prepares vacant units for occupancy
Required duties and skills:
2 years maintenance experience, must have a clean DMV
Cleaning, painting, and completion of any necessary repairs
Completes work orders, records cost of materials/supplies and hours worked
Provides excellent customer service to residents
Handles emergencies during normal work hours as well as being on call after hours
Safety is Job #1: must follow safe practices
Proficiency reading and writing in English
Able to understand and carry-out written and oral directions
