Job Description

Pest control company seeks a reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team!
Bring your Valid California Structural Pest Control License and get going!

What you will be doing: 
Identifying, treating, and preventing pest problems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

Duties and required skills:

  • Must demonstrate professionalism, technical knowledge and strong communication skills
  • Full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Reliability, accountability, and consistent customer service are essential!
  • Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestation
  • Apply pesticides and control solutions safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations
  • Communicate with customers regarding service, treatment plans, expectations, and follow-up
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in clean, organized, and safe condition
  • Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service
  • Utilize mobile service applications and digital tools for routing, documentation, and communication

    Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Valid California Structural Pest Control License Branch 2 (Field Representative or Applicator) preferred.
  • Candidates who are not currently licensed are encouraged to apply.
  • As a condition of continued employment, unlicensed candidates must obtain either a California Structural Pest Control
  • Applicator License or a Field Representative License within 90 days of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements
