AG office seeks Payroll/Orientation Clerk
Basic accounting skills A/P, A/R helpful.
Responsibilities include giving group orientations for new hires.
Working directly with the Office Manager, the Payroll Orientation Clerk duties include keeping positions filled with available workers: coordinate start date/times, scheduling days/shifts and lots of employee communications.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Great people skills are a must. Ability to speak to groups of people, (public speaking) give clear instructions.
Monday thru Friday
6am to 4pm
Seasonal busy schedule will include required overtime and availability 7 days per week
