Position overview:
Responsible for the revenue cycle management of a claim for all payer sources

Duties and responsibilities:
Reviewing claims prior to billing based on established system edits
Monitoring, correcting, and re-billing claims for Medicare, Medi-cal etc.
Must have experience billing/collecting for both insurance companies and patients

Required Experience:
Pharmacy Billing
At least 1 year working aging accounts receivables and appeals
Reading and comprehending explanation of benefits (EOB s)
Payment posting, knowledge of CPT s, HCPCS and ICD-10 codes

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
