Full-Time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

What's it all about:
Provides substantive legal and administrative support to attorneys, playing a critical
role in case organization and preparation

Duties:

• Central point of coordination for case docs deadlines, and communication
• Financial operations through billing support and collections follow-up
• Draft and format documents: pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files for accuracy and accessibility
• Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including document review and production
• File court documents and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Coordinate scheduling for depositions, hearings, and client meetings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties for information and updates
• Track billable time, prepare invoices, and assist in billing review processes
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections efforts
• Maintain case calendars and monitor critical deadlines
  
  Required:
  Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
  Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
  Experience with billing systems and collections processes preferred
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  
  Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
  Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
