Redding Contractor seeks Paint Prep Labor for outstanding long term opportunity!
Bring your construction and paint labor skills and join the team!
Wages: $20.00/hr. To start!
Whats it all about: Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for painting and assisting painters as needed
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our team!
The Paint Prepper plays a key role in ensuring that residential and commercial painting projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, power washing, caulking, and masking
Fill holes, cracks, and joints with putty, caulk, or spackling as needed
Protect floors, windows, fixtures, and furniture using drop cloths, plastic, or masking tape
Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
Move and stage materials and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
Work collaboratively with painters and other crew members to ensure job quality and timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Schedule: Monday thru Friday with various days and hours
