Duties and required skills:
Ability to develop good relationships.
Recruitment, dismissal processes, smooth out problems within the workplace
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Email and phone correspondence.
Provides direction to staff.
Monitors spending patterns and budgets.
Able to fill in for senior manager in times of absence.
Make executive decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability.
Troubleshoot POS system.
Prepare and review operational reports.
Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications
4-year degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Marketing and sales experience are a plus.
