Established Chico Property Management business seeks part time Resident Manager
Salary + 2 bed 1 bath unit
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 12:30pm to 5:30pm
$17.00/hr.
Work duties and responsibilities:
- Walk property and ensure all trash/debris is picked up
- Sweep office, vacuum, dust
- Check and return messages
- Schedule new/outstanding work orders
- Communication skills, enthusiasm and good sense of humor
- Passion for providing superior customer service
- Common sense and good judgment
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to assist in the resolution of resident, personnel and budgetary problems
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and project a professional image
- Some knowledge of administrative and bookkeeping functions
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Mechanically inclined
