Job Description
Oroville business seeks experienced Office Manager!
Bring your payroll, HR and administrative skills and join the team!
Duties, responsibilities:
Weekly payroll for hourly employees.
Salary and commission payroll for sales.
New hire onboarding: I-9, D-4, QuickBooks profile, track time off.
Pay payroll liabilities including insurance, garnishments and 401K
Complete and pay monthly workers compensation reports.
Review and respond to emails.
Order office and first aid supplies as necessary.
First point of contact for visitors, take calls and route to appropriate individuals.
Request insurance information and W9 from independent contracted truck drivers.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including Excel
Lumber experience a plus
Casual office atmosphere!
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
