AG processor seeks Office-Personnel Clerk for outstanding career opportunity!

Job Summary: Maintains staffing and payroll data as well as front desk and office duties

Essential Functions:
Records staffing information and enters data into computer files
Records data concerning transfer of employees between departments and updates schedules
Updates files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll etc
Compiles payroll data from time sheets or other records
Reviews timesheets/timecard hours computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
Computes time worked and routes payroll data to staffing agency or payroll department
Prorate hours to be debited or credited to each department for cost accounting records
Prepare staffing reports. Backup support to Human Resources Specialist as needed
Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Procedures, Cal-OSHA and IIPP Programs
Front desk, phones, voice mail, message forwarding

Job Requirements

Office Clerk will perform a wide variety of office clerical functions and customer service! Basic administrative duties, good customer service skills, greeting customers at front desk, inputting basic new or returning employees into card tracking system.
