Orland business office seeks Part Time Office Assistant for outstanding opportunity!
Bring your customer service, admin and clerical skills for this full-time job!

Essential Job Functions: Assist our District Manager with daily tasks!
Schedule: Part-Time (22 25 hrs/week), Mon Fri, Flexible Hours

Duties, responsibilities and required skills:

  • Assist customers with service arrangements from start to finish
  • Accept deposits for pre-needs/contracts and issue receipts
  • Answer phones, greet the public, and provide assistance
  • Provide plot location info, pricing, and policy guidance
  • Update and maintain records
  • Handle sales and prepare records
  • Perform general administrative duties: typing, proofreading, filing, data entry
  • Contribute to social media and website content

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a public agency
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM (certificate encouraged)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Valid CA Driver s License
  • Background check and drug screen required
