Duties, responsibilities and required skills:

• Handle all front desk/receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Complete various office duties including supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain the cleanliness of the conference rooms and common areas
• Assisting other departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
