Bring your building maintenance and repair skills and join the team!
Full Time position 8am to 4:30pm
Duties and required skills:
- Installation of toilets, faucets, drains, water heaters and shower valves
- (How to operate a power snake for drain cleaning is a plus)
- Diagnose, repair and installation of appliances
- Light switches, faceplates and fixtures
- (Install new electrical panels and breakers are a plus)
- Install doors and pre-hung doors
- Baseboards, door trim, and window blinds
Drug screen, clean DMV record, and valid DL is required
