Job Overview:
Seeking a self-motivated professional to diagnose and repair plumbing systems
Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Install, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, garbage disposals, and piping systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform drain cleaning and sewer line diagnostics.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify code compliance issues.
Prepare accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers.
Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Must have qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent state certification).
Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing service experience.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Experience troubleshooting water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, drains, and sewer lines.
Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in various environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Backflow certification.
Gas piping experience.
Tankless water heater certification.
Experience using camera inspection and leak detection equipment.
