4-Day Work Week (4/10 Schedule)

Job Title: Groundskeeper - Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
Location: Biggs, CA
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week (flexibility for occasional swing shift required)

Position Summary:
A well-established client facility is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to perform outdoor grounds maintenance, sanitation support, and assist with pest control. The role involves maintaining clean and safe exterior areas, trimming vegetation, handling irrigation systems, and performing general facility upkeep. Some indoor cleaning and equipment sanitation may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Mow lawns, trim weeds, prune shrubs, and clean outdoor areas

• Install, monitor, and maintain irrigation/sprinkler systems
• Remove debris, trash, and rice by-products from grounds
• Support sanitation efforts by cleaning equipment, floors, overheads, etc.
• Participate in pest control (monitor traps, apply treatments under supervision)
• Accurately complete logs and follow safety procedures, including PPE use
  
  Qualifications:
• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather
• Experience with equipment: forklift, skid steer (Bobcat), boom/scissor lift
• QAL/QAC license preferred (company-sponsored while employed if needed)
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator for pest control tasks
