4-Day Work Week (4/10 Schedule)

Job Title: Front End Loader / Bobcat Operator
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 4/10s - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Availability: Some weekend availability required; overtime may be available

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front End Loader / Bobcat Operator. This is a mid-level operator position, ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating heavy equipment in an agricultural, manufacturing, or similar industrial setting. The main responsibilities involve safely and efficiently loading rice bi-product into trailers, managing on-site material movement, and performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders and Bobcats to load and transport rice bi-product into trailers
• Move product across the yard into designated piles or locations
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections
• Perform general preventative maintenance on equipment, including greasing, fluid checks, and minor servicing
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and report issues
• Be available for occasional weekend work and overtime as needed
  
  Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating front-end loaders and/or Bobcat equipment
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance (non-mechanic level)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an agricultural or mill setting
• Knowledge of rice bi-product handling (a plus, but not required)
