  Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (4/10 Schedule)
  Pay Rate: $20 to $24 an hour (Based on experience)
  Shifts: Day and Swing shift flexibiliy required
  Location: Biggs, CA
  
  Position Summary:
  We are seeking a reliable and experienced Miller to support daily rice milling operations. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining milling equipment, monitoring quality and output, and ensuring a clean and safe production environment.
  
  Essential Functions:
• Supervise and lead employees in a production environment
• Ensure workers are thoroughly trained and fully understand the functionality of their position
• Ensure compliance of company policies, local, state, and federal regulations
• Promote opportunities for staff to develop new skills and enhance current skills
• Assist Head Miller/HR with supervision and performance evaluations
• Recommend personnel be hired and/or removed from the department
• Assist in disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Operate and direct the operation of all equipment in the mill
• Adjustments, malfunction correction, and minor routine maintenance
• Communicate any downtime or change in production immediately

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a forklift (must maintain current certification).
• Knowledge of rice milling processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and understand mechanical systems.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for data input and equipment settings.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Adult CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
