What's it all about:
Assist healthcare providers by performing administrative/clinical duties and patient care
Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Record patient history, vital signs, and other necessary information
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during medical examinations
- Administer injections, medications, and vaccinations
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record system
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
- Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and sanitized
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and preventative care
- Follow all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
MA experience and certification required. CPR certification required.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and medical office software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule/Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
