Established commercial and residential HVAC company seeks Service Technicians!

Duties, requirements and skills:
Visit homes and businesses to determine customer needs with their current HVAC system
Inspect HVAC systems = Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance
Maintain accurate van inventory and HVAC parts and resources

Technician Qualifications:

• Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship
• 5+ years' experience working as an HVAC Service Technician
• Current state HVAC technician license
• EPA refrigerant certification required
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Must be reliable and self-motivated
  
  Note: Technicians are asked to take an on-call shift for after-hours/weekend calls (every 5-6 weeks) and are paid an automatic bonus every week they are on call!
  
  Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6am-2:30pm
  
  Benefits include: 401k, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, commissions on new equipment and maintenance contract sales. All Major Holidays paid. Sick and vacation pay are also accrued per pay period.
  
  Technicians are usually able to drive company van to-and-from work.
