What's it all about:
As a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
efficient and safe operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of
HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to identify issues
• Diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore proper functionality
• Assist with the installation of new heating and cooling systems
• Compliance with safety, and building codes
• Upgrade and retrofit existing HVAC equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients, provide recommendations
• Maintain detailed records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Certified HVAC training program or equivalent experience required
Experience as an HVAC technician is preferred
Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC
Electrical systems and ability to read schematics and blueprints
Refrigeration principles and handling of refrigerants

Certifications:
Valid HVAC technician certification/license (as required by local regulations).
EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose HVAC systems
Ability to develop effective solutions in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Full Time Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
