What's it all about: Carpentry, construction and siding installation duties

Duties and required job skills:

• Framing
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting and trim work
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately
• Safety is Job #1 while operating a variety of hand and power tools
• Debris removal and site preparation activities
• Siding installation, repair/replacement
• Proper installation techniques, including flashing, sealing, and waterproofing
• Maintain both the visual appeal and structural integrity of building exteriors
  
  Must have qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in remodeling or general construction
• 1+ year of hands-on siding installation experience
• Working knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Working knowledge of skill saws, drills, levels, and chalk boxes
• Building codes and OSHA safety guidelines
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Time management and communication skills
  
  Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  Bending, climbing, kneeling, and prolonged standing
  Work in various indoor and outdoor conditions of heat/cold
  
  Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4:00pm
