Yuba City office seeks Full-Charge Bookkeeper!
Bring your accounting and admin skills for this exciting position!
Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
- Managing incoming invoices, processing bill payments
- Following up on collections
- General Ledger & Reconciliation
- Updating the ledger and reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Payroll Processing
- Process company payroll, including prevailing wage
- Handling payroll taxes, and ensuring compliance
- Financial Reporting
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping knowledge and accounting principals
- Office and accounting software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed
- Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
