This is a great opportunity for a professional who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment!
Duties and required skills: - Qualified candidates will greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Support staff with day-to-day office tasks as needed
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Previous receptionist or clerical experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
