Job Description
Programs:
Work to organize the closed client files system
Print and label files
Review CalJobs reports and organize all files by fiscal year
Work to organize Confidential and HIPPA filing systems
Create and label filing system
Work to identify files that need to be moved to offsite storage.
o Coordinate with Fiscal as they will be moving some of their files as well.
Train with Career Advisors to learn more about WIOA programs and the importance of confidential/HIPPA files.
Create file divide system for client working files
Fiscal:
Scan fiscal paperwork
Index and label fiscal paperwork in imaging system
File fiscal paperwork
