Full-Time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

What's it all about:
Provide comprehensive legal representation in defense matters, from
initial client consultation through final resolution.
Balance litigation with client counseling, negotiation, and case
management in a fast-paced legal environment

Duties:

• Work closely with clients to assess legal risks, develop case strategies
• Ensure adherence to all procedural and ethical requirements
• Manage caseloads: intake, investigation, discovery, motion, settlement, and trial
• Detailed legal research and findings to case strategy and argument development
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Develop case theories, prepare witnesses, and coordinate evidence presentation
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and advise clients on outcomes and risks
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and strategy
• Ensure compliance with all court rules, deadlines, and BAR ethical standards
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure efficient case progression
  
  Qualifications:
  Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  Active BAR certification in good standing.
  Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  
  Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
  Pay Rate: $70, 000 - $150, 000 annual salary
