What's it all about: General carpentry and construction duties

Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and versatile construction labor with hands-on experience in general construction, siding installation, and bathroom remodeling.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently or with a team to complete high-quality renovation projects for residential and/or commercial clients.

Duties:
Perform framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, and trim work
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site prep
Install various types of siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.)
Repair or replace damaged siding sections
Ensure proper flashing, sealing, and waterproofing
Maintain aesthetic and structural integrity of exterior surfaces
Demolish and prepare old bathroom structures for renovation
Install or replace showers, tubs, vanities, toilets, sinks, and tile
Work with plumbing and electrical systems (in coordination with licensed trades when required)
Ensure waterproofing, proper drainage, and mold-resistant practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of remodeling or general construction experience
Proficiency with tools, materials, and techniques relevant to framing, siding, and bathrooms
Ability to read plans and follow specifications accurately
Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Excellent time management and communication skills
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable with bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
Requirements and responsibilities:
Experienced carpentry skills
Hardworking, goal-oriented, and committed to safety
Working knowledge of standard carpentry tools, operating power saws, and accurately reading a tape measure
Must maintain a clean, safe work environment, be punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Effective communication in English is required
Willingness to learn and collaborate is a must.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm with various days and hours
