- Chico contractor seeks Metal Siding Installers for exciting full-time opportunity!
Position summary:
We are seeking a motivated metal siding installers to assist experienced carpenters with rough and finish carpentry projects.
This position is ideal for an individual with some construction or carpentry experience who is looking to develop their skills while gaining hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, siding, skirting, and general construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform rough carpentry work, including wall and floor framing.
- Complete finish carpentry tasks such as installing trim, molding, doors, and other finishing details.
- Install siding and skirting around the base of trailers and manufactured homes.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Work independently and collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
