Established Yuba City Buisness seeks Fullcharge Bookkeeper!
Position Overview: Monitor finances with daily transactions and record keeping
Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
Review financial transactions for accuracy
Input transactions into the correct ledger
Reconcile bank and other accounts
Pay vendors as they come due
Complete required tax forms
Make deposits and record all cash receipts
Process company payroll including prevailing wage and certified payroll
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Sales Tax
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred or work experience equivalent
3+ years of being a bookkeeper
Proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise desktop system and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and math skills
Knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles
Available to work Monday Friday and some Saturdays if needed
