Position overview: Handles day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multifamily residential and commercial properties

Duties and required skills:

• Financial accounting and residential accounting
• Property taxes and reporting requirements
• Work with accountants, banks, appraisers, and insurance companies to complete projects
• Property management experience is a strong plus
  
  Full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. Or part-time is available
  
  Qualifications:
• Accounting and communication skills
• The capacity to connect through positive and respectful interactions
• Quickbooks and Microsoft applications
• Reliable, trustworthy, and result oriented
• California DL with proof of insurance
• Background check required
