Duties and responsibilities:
Entering customer and account data
Prepare and review shipping documents
Review packing lists, invoices and bills of lading
Correspond with customers via email or telephone
Generate reports, organize and catalog information
Complete shipping documentation
Make shipping arrangements
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
