Paradise contractor seeks Assistant Bookkeeper for outstanding opportunity!
Bring your accounts payable/receivable skills for this Temp-to-Hire position!

Job Summary: Teamwork with current bookkeeper for office accounting, payroll and HR duties

Flexible Schedule: F/T Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm OR P/T Tuesday-Thursday 9am to 5pm

Job Duties:
Accounts Payable Data Entry: Bills, credit card receipts/transactions, reconcile all CC accounts
Prepare Unpaid Bills Report and process approved bill payments
Accounts Receivable: Create customer profiles and jobs in QuickBooks and job folder as needed.
Post customer payments (cash and financed) create invoices as needed
Responsible for timely invoicing accounts receivable and collections
Admin Activities: Collect/sort/record/disburse mail, maintain and organize file cart
Assist with HR benefits, assist office manager with PGE application and PTO follow-up
Payroll Activities: process weekly in-house payroll, monthly/quarterly payroll taxes
Work with HR manager to maintain & oversee proper medical, 401k, and other benefits
Keep new hire packets up to date. Input new hire info
