Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide technical and administrative support. This role requires knowledge of procedures related to accounting, payroll, and administrative principles.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support in program administration and management analysis.
Research and compile data; identify trends and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
Assist with deposits, billing and invoicing.
Prepare and proofread reports and correspondence.
Support special projects and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or technical roles.
Strong knowledge of administrative principles, payroll, and compliance.
Proficiency in current office software and equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
This position requires mobility within an office environment, with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.), bending, and reaching.
