Bring your office and customer service skills and join the team!
Fantastic full-time opportunity!

Position Overview: Must have experience working in a construction company. Administrative duties including client paperwork, schedules and customer service

Required skills and duties:

  • Customer service skills and great phone etiquette is a must!
  • Word, Excel and Adobe and great phone etiquette;
  • Answering phones, greeting and escorting visitors in and out of jobsites
  • Processing mail, general housekeeping in the office
  • Will be keeping track of hours onsite, classifications and equipment and deliveries
  • Enter payroll, keep track of time cards for employees, and turn in weekly time sheets to payroll
  • Daily reports and taking meeting minutes

    Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm
