A diverse agricultural company based in Glenn County with over 50 years of industry experience is seeking an Accounting/Payroll Admin Support professional to join their team. This well-established organization fabricates equipment and provides custom mechanical orchard services throughout California.

Position Overview:
This position supports the accounting and payroll departments with tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general administrative duties. This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional seasonal overtime.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and statements for AP/AR

• Assist with payroll data entry, timekeeping, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

• Provide administrative support to management and staff

• Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, payroll, or related administrative support

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Experience in agriculture or equipment manufacturing a plus
