Job Description
Yuba property management company seeks Accounting Clerk
Outstanding Temp-to-Hire opportunity: $18-$20/hr to start!
Full or Part-Time: Your Choice!
Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files per Department of Real Estate guidelines
Compiles, retrieves and updates accounting information
Reviews, enters and submits A/P invoices and payable reports
Deposits funds to appropriate bank accounts either through Remote Deposit or local banks
Prepares and posts cash receipts and maintains checkbooks in Excel
Completes journal entries and adjustments to general ledger
Prepares owner draws per schedule for property owners
Prepare and distribute financial statements for approval prior to sending to owners or HOA BOD
Prepares accounts payable checks for Property Manager and/or HOA Board signatures
Maintains an accurate bookkeeping balance and reports any problems or discrepancies
Completes required tax forms and meets deadlines
Schedule: Full-time Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm OR open to Part-time

Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, produce financials for clients. Must have accounting experience, property management experience or education, and know debits and credits. Looking for a detail oriented and reliable candidate that is trainable.
