Duties and responsibilities:
Administer and maintain A/P process
Enter, route, review and reconcile invoices
Post and process payments through various systems
Generate, prepare and process Accounts Receivable invoices and statements
Provide general administrative support, including special projects, reports, and programs
Qualifications
Trustworthy, motivated, detail-oriented, organized, accurate and efficient!
Professional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
5 + years of AP/AR experience in ag or equipment manufacturing highly preferred
Higher education and/or equivalent experience in accounting highly preferred
Ability to comprehend, speak, read, and write both English and Spanish is preferred
QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and business software with aptitude to learn new applications
Valid DL, Drug Test and Background Check
Flexible schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or?
