We re looking for a skilled Accountant but are open to hiring an Accounting Technician with strong administrative/accounting experience if the right candidate is found.
Key Responsibilities:
Support accounting, billing, payroll & reporting functions
Process and verify financial records, contracts & invoices
Assist with budget tracking, compliance, and documentation
Provide administrative and technical support to department leadership
1-3 years of Accounting/payroll exp. At a clerical level or higher.
Accounting Technician: 2+ years administrative/accounting support experience, Associate s degree preferred
Strong organizational, analytical & communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and report preparation
