Come work for an established Chico area full service IT and managed service provider.
Bring your top-notch Customer Service skills to provide workstation level support.
Install and upgrade PC's in a domain environment.
Phone, remote and onsite workstation support.
First level client support, requests, escalate to Tier II and III as needed.
Trouble-shoot/resolve tech problems for hardware/software/peripherals.
IOS and Android devices.
Data back-up reports.
Must have 2+ years of related tech support. Microsoft 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 including Office 365
Basic Networking and TCP/IP.
Monday thru Friday
8am - 5pm
