Keep track of ag equipment, work orders, supply inventory, fuel, billing, purchasing and shop maintenance. Customer service skills: working with rental customers, mechanics and coworkers. Dispatching duties for equipment including seasonal scheduling, training operators. Repair and maintenance schedules. Follows safety practices and all OSHA requirements and certifications.
Shop maintenance and participation in future business growth/planning.
